LiBeR

Cover and internal illustrations for LiBeR Magazine about the meaning of suicide for teenagers.

It was hard to represent in images this really delicate issue.
This extreme act in a teenager usually is connected with the desire of disappear.
That is why I represented a girl erasing herself with a sponge.

In the three internal illustrations I represented how this feeling of deep sadness affects the body.
First we can see an invisible force that prevent her to the possibility of happiness.
Second she is watering a black rose, symbol of how often we feed our own fears.
Third we see how heavy social medias are for kids in this delicate age.
